IBPS – Clerk Mains exam was scheduled on 1 January 2017. Now, you are all done with it. The exam appeared to be difficult and out of pattern when compared to the previous years. It was a big surprise for the candidates on the every first day of the year. The students were dissatisfied with the paper as it was far away from their expectations.

But someone has rightly said,

“If you want something, you have never had, then you’ve got to do something you have never done”

Work on your weaknesses, convert them into your strength and stop giving lament excuses. Nothing comes easy if you want something you have to work for it. Instead of finding excuses, work on your goals. Hard work and practice can only lead you to success. Practice means to perform over and over again in face of all obstacles and again testing yourself until you become successful.

SBI brought the trend of sectional timings in the mains examination and IBPS also adopted the similar pattern in PO & Clerical exams. As a result there was drastic change in the level and pattern of questions being asked. It indicates a change in the level of banking exams. It might be due to lot of competition or either due to the growing popularity and craze for bank jobs.

But in no way, we can blame the authorities for it. We have to learn from it and adapt it to face more challenges. Many students accept defeat even before the actual failure. It is not the time to get dis-heartened . 2017 is full of surprises and you will find ample no. of opportunities to grab your dream job.  Do you know approximately 20 lakhs candidates appeared for IBPS- Clerk pre exam for 19000 vacancies? This data shows how intense the competition was and you were among the one who got chance to face the Mains.
