What You’ll Do:
Our projects are a combination of launching then evolving brand-new products, as well as
taking existing products to the next level.  In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with
product managers, engineers and our stakeholders to deliver beautiful, engaging
experiences.  That’s everything from wires and prototyping, to gathering user feedback,
to presenting to stakeholders, to designing polished interfaces, and overall, working hand
in hand with the team to ensure that the mobile and web apps we create both look and
‘feel’ great.

Requirements for UI/UX Designer
- 2-6 years of design experience.
- Should have worked on consumer-facing products across the web and mobile.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools (XD/Sketch/Figma, Marvel, Principle/Framer
- Should have a good creative vision and be able to communicate it well.
- Should be able to present their work well and walk stakeholders through design
- Should have the ability to distill user problems from qualitative and quantitative
feedback and be able to suggest solutions.
- Should holistically about the whole product experience rather than just manipulating

Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the
development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for
the entire organization
2. Specifying and prioritizing market and product requirements, feature sets, and key
positioning and messaging elements
3. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and
final product development by engineering teams
4. Curating, communicating, and managing a long-term product roadmap
5. Analyzing external and internal data to identify gaps and opportunities
6. Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
7. Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
8. Developing internal and external product training plans
9. Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the
10. Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
11. Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re
successfully achieved.
