Can I take screenshots?
No, you cannot take the screenshots of the Video player and Notes screen. If your account is observed taking screenshots more than 3 times on iOS, it will be flagged and you won’t be able to access the content for 15 days.
On how many devices can I play the videos at a single point of time?
You can log in through 2 devices with the same credentials at the same time but can’t watch the videos on both devices simultaneously. If you try to log in from the third device, you need to log out from either of the existing 2 devices. If we see an unusual login attempt to the 3rd device, your account will be flagged or permanently blocked.
Can I watch videos on bigger screens like Laptop, PC, and TV?
Yes, you can watch videos on bigger screens like Laptop, PC or Smart TVs.
Can I watch the video offline?
Yes, you can. Just download the video you want to watch and find them under the Saved Videos tab on the home screen or in the video tab.
How can I download the App and enrol?

How many times can I watch video lectures on the PrepLadder app?
There is no limitation to watching video lectures. You can watch videos as many times as you want.
What happens if I permanently delete my PrepLadder account?
By deleting your account permanently- You’ll be logged out of Prepladder & your account will no longer be usable. Your active subscription will be canceled. You’ll not be able to access your downloaded/saved videos. You’ll not be able to access your bookmarked content. You’ll not be able to sign in to your account. You’ll have to sign up/register again.
How do I permanently delete my account?
After your account has been deleted, you won't be able to retrieve anything you've added.To permanently delete your account:From your Me tab, click settingsSelect delete my account Choose the reason why are you deleting the account Click continue and read all the things that will be deleted. Choose Delete Account, then type the text into the input box Click Delete account.
Can I cancel my account deletion?
If it's been less than 10 days since you initiated the deletion, you can cancel your account deletion. After 10 days, your account and all of your information will be permanently deleted, and you won't be able to retrieve your information.It may take up to 30 days from the beginning of the deletion process to delete all the things in your account including data with third parties. While we're deleting this information, you will not able to access your account.
Copies of your financial information may remain after the 90 days in backup storage that we use for accounting purposes. Learn more about our Privacy Policy.

What will happen to my existing access after buying the plans?
Your existing access will remain as it is along with the plan that is purchased and 1 month of additional access for premium plans lasting for 12 months or more than 12 months. For example, if you have 15 days of access remaining, on purchasing a 12 months plan, you will have 15 days + 12 months + 1-month additional access.
Will I get a 1-month extension on all premium plans?
The plan validity will be extended by 1 month only if your plans last for 12 months and above. For example, on purchasing a 12 months plan, you will get 12 months + 1 month additional access.
Do you have a Financial Aid partner?
Yes, we do have Eduvanz as our Financial Aid partner.
Do I have to pay interest in addition to the Package cost?
No, there is no additional interest, it will be a no-cost EMI.
What is a no-cost EMI?
An offer that allows you to pay for a service or product in affordable monthly installments with no interest is known as a no-cost EMI. This means that there are no additional fees involved; you are only paying the product's full price.

What different subscriptions does PrepLadder offer?
What will happen to my premium plan if I lose my phone or buy a new phone?
In that case, all your data, bookmarks, tests and usage is safe on the cloud even if you Login to a new device with the same credentials. (You cannot change your email address once registered).
Note: We have enhanced our Login process recently by allowing students to Login via an already registered Phone number also. Hence, we strongly recommend keeping your phone number intact for a smoother experience. In case of any issue, please Contact us. Our customer care team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I share my subscription?
No, you cannot share your subscription. Sharing won't be possible, but you can use the same credentials (login information) to log in on 2 different devices. Unfortunately, there is a catch: neither of these devices can play videos at the same time.
Note: We advise you not to disclose your credentials to anyone.
Can I change my plan after purchase?
Yes, you can upgrade your existing plan or extend the duration of your subscription.
If I change my registered mobile number, does it affect my account?
If you’ve subscribed to the premium plan before 11th Nov 2020, then changing your mobile number won’t impact your account. Because we’ve linked your account with the registered email id as well, which you used during onboarding. However, the students who log in using their registered phone number must keep their phone number intact for a smoother experience. In case of any issue, please Contact us. Our customer care team will get back to you as soon as possible.
What if I have subscribed for the Premium plan, but it is not reflecting on my app?
We advise you to please close the app and open it again. Next, try logging out and logging in again. If it still doesn't work, then use our ChatBot option for immediate assistance.
Is the price of the plan inclusive of tax?
Yes, all the plan prices are inclusive of taxes.
Can I solve the QBank Module more than once?
No, you cannot retake the QBank. You can only review the answers and practice the incorrect/bookmarked questions again if you’ve bookmarked any while attempting.
Are the questions of the test distinct from those of QBank?
Yes, the questions of QBank and Mock Tests are distinct and both are prepared by our in-house content team. We provide content from one of the best sources and guarantee authenticity.
Can I get a PDF of the QBank?
No, you cannot get a PDF of the QBank.
How can I save a question for revision?
It's simple! You can bookmark a question while attempting a QBank. To view/access bookmarked questions, you can tap the Bookmarks icon on the QBank screen. Additionally, you can also go to the HOME->Quick links->Bookmarks to access saved/bookmarked questions.
Can I edit or delete my bookmarks?
Yes, you can edit or delete bookmarked Videos, Tests, QBank, and Treasures by clicking on the EDIT option on the top right corner of the Bookmarks screen. Simply, select the Bookmarks you want to edit or delete and then click on the Edit button.
Note: You can edit or delete any Bookmarks as per your convenience.
How can I report an error in case of a single question?
Simply click Report on the QBank screen that appears after you successfully submit the questions’ response. Here, you can submit your query and select the type of error. Our content team will look into it and respond as soon as they can.
Can I reset my QBank and start again?
Yes, you can reset your QBank and start again by following the below-mentioned steps.
NOTE: You can only reset your content once every 6 months. This will reset any previously completed/attempted videos, questions in the QBank, Videos, Bookmarks, Saved videos, and Custom Transcripts. Since it won't be possible to undo the modifications once the reset has been done, we suggest you make a wise decision while doing it.
I am unhappy with one video session. What should I do?
If you’re unhappy with a video session, we will appreciate your valuable feedback on the matter. On the video player screen, click on three dots in the top-right corner->Leave feedback and rate the Video.
Note: You may optionally provide detailed feedback in addition to the rating. Our team will get back to you as soon as they look into your feedback.
Is there any other language in which the videos can be watched?
Yes, you can watch videos in Hinglish where the session is recorded in a combination of both Hindi and English Language.
When is the ideal time to take PrepTest?
There is no ideal time to take the PrepTest. You can take the PrepTest anytime irrespective of your level of preparation during the allotted time window. We advise you to not wait for the right moment.
Can I retake a test?
No, you cannot retake the test. If you want to retake the test, you’ll have to reset your account, which will result in losing all your videos, QBank, tests, statistics, etc.
Note: You can only reattempt the test to boost your speed & accuracy, but it won’t impact your performance card.
Where can I view the answers for a test I have taken?
Answers for the tests are shown on the performance card once your test has been submitted successfully. The performance card consists of two sections: Analysis and Solution. You can click on the Solution tab to view the answers for correct, incorrect, and unattempted questions. Or else, you can click on the Analysis tab to view the complete overview of your performance such as All India Rank, Marks, Percentile, Time Taken, etc.
Can I take tests after the results are announced?
Yes, you can take the tests after the results are announced, but in that case, you will receive the ‘Predicted Rank’, not the real-time rank.
What is a predicted rank?
Predicted Rank is the rank that you get when you take the test after the exam window closes. For example, if you’ve taken the test after the results are published, you will get the predicted rank instead of the real-time rank.
Will I get to know the number of participants in the tests?
Yes, you can know the number of participants in the test. When the result is out, you’ll be able to see your rank among other candidates participating in the test.
