Job Summary:
PrepLadder is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing and extensive experience in managing large-scale marketing budgets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive customer acquisition, optimize digital campaigns, and enhance brand visibility through data-driven marketing. The candidate will play a crucial role in shaping PrepLadder’s digital presence and ensuring high ROI on marketing spends.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive growth and brand
awareness.
- Lead performance marketing efforts across multiple digital channels, including Google Ads,
Meta, and other paid platforms.
- Optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies through data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Manage and allocate large-scale marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and
reduce acquisition costs.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Implement marketing automation tools and advanced analytics to enhance campaign
performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to maintain a competitive
edge.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing digital marketing team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling large marketing budgets effectively.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and other paid digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
- Experience in marketing automation, attribution modeling, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
