Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Business, Marketing, Ops, and Sales) to drive product initiatives from concept to execution.
- Act as a central point of coordination across teams to ensure smooth product delivery and communication.
- Gather, analyze, and deliver pre-cast insights to guide strategic product decisions and prioritization.
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and maintain the product backlog; work with engineering to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market, user, and competitive research to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
- Monitor key product metrics and flag deviations proactively for action.
- Create product documentation, dashboards, and reports to communicate roadmap and progress.
- Identify process gaps and continuously improve workflows to enhance product development velocity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles.
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams and manage stakeholders with clarity and accountability.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for drawing insights from data (Excel, SQL, or analytics tools).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Self-starter with a bias for action and a strong sense of ownership.
- Understanding of agile product development methodologies is a plus.
