    You are allowed to be logged in on a maximum of two devices at the same time. Please note that accessing your account with a third device may lead to it being flagged or permanently blocked.
    • Candidates must possess a post-graduate medical degree (MS/ MD/ DNB) from a recognised institution.
    • Candidates with a Provisional Pass Certificate or equivalent are also eligible to apply for the examination.

    If candidates do not possess the above-mentioned qualifications yet, then they must present the same before the last date. Otherwise, they will not be considered eligible.

     

    Every candidate is allowed to choose a maximum of 2 super speciality courses for which they

    are eligible as per their broad speciality qualification.

    All the questions in this examination will be PG exit level. The questions can be asked from all the topics that have been covered during both the undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications. There is no fixed syllabus for NEET SS 2020. However, the subjects that need to be prepared will be limited to the feeder course and super speciality course selected by the candidate.

     

    The NEET-SS Exam will be conducted in online mode.

    The NEET SS Exam question paper for 2023 contains 100 questions, of which 40% are feeder board speciality courses and the remaining 60% are super speciality courses chosen by the applicants.

    Yes, you can bookmark any question, video, and test, by tapping on the Bookmark icon displayed on the respective screens.

    You can see your Bookmarks in 2 different ways.

    • By clicking on the Bookmarks under the Quick links on the home screen.
    • OR,  you can directly go to the Bookmarks option on the respective tabs (Videos, QBank, Tests).

    Yes, you can connect to the faculty directly through the app. Simply click on the ME tab ->Doubts. This will redirect you to the PrepLadder Premium Group on Facebook, where you can post your doubts. The respective faculty will respond to the thread accordingly within a feasible time.

    No, you cannot share your subscription. Sharing won't be possible, but you can use the same credentials (login information) to log in on 2 different devices. Unfortunately, there is a catch: neither of these devices can play videos at the same time.

    Note: We advise you not to disclose your credentials to anyone.

    No, you can only upgrade your existing plan or extend the duration of your subscription.

    If you’ve subscribed to the premium plan before 11th Nov 2020, then changing your mobile number won’t impact your account. Because we’ve linked your account with the registered email id as well, which you used during onboarding. However, the students who log in using their registered phone number must  keep their phone number intact for a smoother experience. In case of any issue, please contact@prepladder.com. Our customer care team will get back to you as soon as possible.

    No. Videos are only available in English. However, soon you’ll be able to watch videos in Hinglish (combination of both Hindi and English) as well.

    Prepladder offers 3 different subscriptions for all 3 specialities.

    You can find details about each subscription here: (ss.prepladder.com). These are speciality premium courses with complete video lectures, high-yield QBank for practice with the authenticity of proven effective content, and Grand Tests to help you get real time exam experience.

    In that case, all your data, bookmarks, tests and usage is safe on the cloud even if you Login to a new device with the same credentials. (You cannot change your email address once registered).

    We advise you to please close the app and open it again. Next, try logging out and logging in again. If it still doesn't work, then use our ChatBot option for immediate assistance.

    • Simply, go to the ME tab on the bottom right corner of the home screen.
    • Click on the Contact Us.
    • PrepLadder Help Center window will open. You can chat with our virtual assistant (Preppy) and send us your query.

    To watch PrepLadder videos on iOS, you need iOS version 11 or above, and for Android, you need version 7 or above. Some devices, however, are not supported for security reasons.

Even though we want PrepLadder to empower all the students, if you own any of the devices listed above, we advise you to play one of the free videos in the PrepLadder app before purchasing a premium subscription.

    By deleting your account permanently-  You’ll be logged out of Prepladder & your account will no longer be usable.  Your active subscription will be canceled.  You’ll not be able to access your downloaded/saved videos.  You’ll not be able to access your bookmarked content.  You’ll not be able to sign in to your account. You’ll have to sign up/register again.
     

    After your account has been deleted, you won't be able to retrieve anything you've added.To permanently delete your account:From your Me tab, click settingsSelect delete my account   Choose the reason why are you deleting the account  Click continue and read all the things that will be deleted.  Choose Delete Account, then type the text into the input box  Click Delete account.
     

    If it's been less than 10 days since you initiated the deletion, you can cancel your account deletion. After 10 days, your account and all of your information will be permanently deleted, and you won't be able to retrieve your information.It may take up to 30 days from the beginning of the deletion process to delete all the things in your account including data with third parties. While we're deleting this information, you will not able to access your account.

    Copies of your financial information may remain after the 90 days in backup storage that we use for accounting purposes. Learn more about our Privacy Policy.

    To cancel your account deletion:
    Log in to your Prepladder account within 10 days of deleting your account.
    Click Contact Us.

    No, you cannot retake the QBank. You can only review the answers and practice the incorrect/bookmarked questions again if you’ve bookmarked any while attempting.

    Yes, the questions of QBank and Mock Tests are distinct and both are prepared by our in-house content team. We provide content from one of the best sources and guarantee authenticity.

    No, you cannot get a PDF of the QBank.

     

    It's simple! You can bookmark a question while attempting a QBank. To view/access bookmarked questions, you can tap the Bookmarks icon on the QBank screen. Additionally, you can also go to the HOME->Quick links->Bookmarks to access saved/bookmarked questions.

    Yes, you can edit or delete bookmarked Videos, Tests, QBank, and Treasures by clicking on the EDIT option on the top right corner of the Bookmarks screen. Simply, select the Bookmarks you want to edit or delete and then click on the Edit button.

    Note: You can edit or delete any Bookmarks at your convenience.

    Simply click Report on the QBank screen that appears after you successfully submit the questions’ response. Here, you can submit your query and select the type of error. Our content team will look into it and respond as soon as they can.

    Yes, you can reset your QBank and start again by following the below-mentioned steps.

    • First of all, go to the ME tab on the right bottom corner of the home screen.
    • After that, click on Settings.
    • Next, click on Reset.
    • Lastly, click on the Reset button.

    NOTE:  You can only reset your content once every 6 months. This will reset any previously completed/attempted videos, questions in the QBank, Videos, Bookmarks, Saved videos, and Custom Transcripts. Since it won't be possible to undo the modifications once the reset has been done, we suggest you make a wise decision while doing it.
