    Yes, you can. Just save the video you want to watch and find them under the ?Saved Videos? on the Home screen as well as on the ?Prepare Screen? in the App.
    Yes, it is possible. You can change the speed of the videos in two ways. Firstly, you can change the speed on the Video Player screen by clicking on the speed displayed. Choose your desired speed or if you want to set a preferred default speed, you can also go to the ‘Me’ tab-> Click on Settings -> go to Default Video Settings -> choose your desired Video Speed. Your desired video speed will be selected.
    You can only watch videos on mobile/tablet devices and not on bigger screens like Laptop, PC or TV. You can download the app from the Play Store/App Store to watch the videos.
    Yes, you can bookmark any question, video, and Treasure by clicking on the Bookmark Button shown on the QBank screen, Video Player screen, and on each Treasure respectively. Bookmarks can be accessed in two ways. Firstly on the Home screen by clicking on the Bookmark Button. Secondly, you can click on the Bookmarks Quick link displayed on the Homescreen to access the bookmarked Videos, QBank, Tests, and Treasures.
    No, you cannot take screenshots of the Videos and Notes screen on the Android device. Whereas on IOS, if your account has been observed taking screenshots more than 3 times, your account will be flagged and the content will no longer be available for you for at least 15 days.
    You cannot directly connect with the faculty but we do provide an option to ?Ask Doubt?s by clicking on the ‘Me’ tab -> Click on Doubts. This will redirect you to the Prepladder Premium Group on Facebook. You can post your doubts and the respective faculty will respond on the thread accordingly within a feasible time.
    No, you cannot switch your course.
    You can log in only through 2 devices with the same credentials at the same time. If you try to log in from the third device, then you will have to logout from either of the existing 2 devices. If any unusual login attempts are observed to the 3rd device, your account will be flagged or permanently blocked.
