The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) is recruiting eligible GATE qualified engineering candidates to fill 22 posts of Scientist B.
If you have cracked GATE in either 2019/2020/2021 and possess the necessary qualifications, which we will discuss further in this article, you can apply for the post of Scientist B.
The gross emoluments for the post at the time of joining will be approximately Rs. 90,000.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent with not less than sixty per cent marks in aggregate.
Apart from the above, it is mandatory to have a valid GATE 2019/2020/2021 score.
As far as age is concerned, the candidates must be between 21-30 years of age as on the closing date of application which is 28th February 2022.
