GATE score is not mandatory if you wish to pursue higher studies from IIT Gandhinagar. However, you can earn a Fellowship of Rs 15,400 per month if you have a valid GATE score. The interesting part about studying M.Tech at IIT Gandhinagar is that even if you don’t possess a valid GATE score, you will still be entitled to a fellowship of Rs 6,000.
