Videos playing problem

  • If you are unable to play videos or getting lagging Issue:
  • Move to the next step if first step did not helps to resolve.

Android Mobile Devices:

  • Re-login - Login out and login back to the app.
  • Clear cache - When you clear the cache for the app, it only removes those temporary files, without affecting any of your personal data such as messages, pictures, accounts, files, etc. Deletes temporary data.
    • Mobile settings>Apps>Prepladder app>storage>clear cache

    By clicking on CLEAR DATA as per the steps given below two options come:

    • CLEAR DATA
    • CLEAR CACHE

    Note: Please do select clear cache option only, if you click on clear data, it will remove your saved videos, bookmarks, progress etc.

  • Reset network settings - Mobile Settings>connection & sharing>reset WIFI, mobile & Bluetooth>reset settings.

  • Reboot/restart - Switch-Off and Switch On the device and re-login.
  • Re-install the application - (Saved videos gets deleted in re-installation)

IOS Mobile Devices:

  • Re-login - Login out and login back to the app.
  • Reset network settings - Mobile Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

  • Reboot/restart device and re-login - Switch-Off and Switch On the device and re-login.
  • Re-install the application - (Saved videos gets deleted in re-installation)
