By deleting your account permanently-  You’ll be logged out of Prepladder & your account will no longer be usable.  Your active subscription will be canceled.  You’ll not be able to access your downloaded/saved videos.  You’ll not be able to access your bookmarked content.  You’ll not be able to sign in to your account. You’ll have to sign up/register again.
 

After your account has been deleted, you won't be able to retrieve anything you've added.To permanently delete your account:From your Me tab, click settingsSelect delete my account   Choose the reason why are you deleting the account  Click continue and read all the things that will be deleted.  Choose Delete Account, then type the text into the input box  Click Delete account.
 

If it's been less than 10 days since you initiated the deletion, you can cancel your account deletion. After 10 days, your account and all of your information will be permanently deleted, and you won't be able to retrieve your information.It may take up to 30 days from the beginning of the deletion process to delete all the things in your account including data with third parties. While we're deleting this information, you will not able to access your account.

Copies of your financial information may remain after the 90 days in backup storage that we use for accounting purposes. Learn more about our Privacy Policy.

To cancel your account deletion:
Log in to your Prepladder account within 10 days of deleting your account.
Click Contact Us.

The QBank 6.0 is a premium offering available as a part of the ELITE Plan and PRO Plan.

Post QBank 6.0 launch on 15th March you may or may not be able to switch to QBank 5.0 as the following scenarios will be applicable -

Additionally, if you have purchased Notes 6.0 or have attempted less than 100 questions by March 15th, you will be automatically switched to QBank 6.0 irrespective of when you subscribed.

The progress you've made in QBank 5.0 will be undone when you switch to the updated version, and you'll have to start over.

Upon switching to the updated QBank 6.0, all bookmarked questions from QBank 5.0 will be removed. Nonetheless, you can bookmark new questions.

Once you switch to QBank 6.0, your progress stats, along with the trophies and stars you have earned will be reset. However, as you complete the QBank 6.0, you can earn it once more.

The guide mode shows you the solutions to the questions once you attempt them. Similarly, the exam mode will only provide the solution to the questions after you complete the QBank. The solutions will appear once you click on ‘view solutions’ on the analysis screen.

Additionally, if you're using Version 5.0 but haven't watched Pharma or Anesthesia videos, you'll be switched to PrepLadder 6.0 just for those subjects. Also, anyone who purchased Notes 6.0 will automatically transition to PrepLadder 6.0 on March 15th.

• You must watch at least 1 hour, 30 minutes of video lectures and attempt 60 questions. OR
• Watch at least 3 hours of video lectures. OR
• Attempt at least 100 questions. OR
• Attempt a full Mock Test/ Past Year Exam.

For attempting every QBank and completing milestones, you will earn a star. 

-Earn a Blue star on completing 10% of overall QBanks

-Earn a Purple star on completing 20% of overall QBanks

-Earn a Pink star on completing 35% of overall QBanks

-Earn a Yellow star on completing 50% of overall QBanks

-Earn a Red star on completing 70% of overall QBanks

-Earn a Green star on completing 90% of overall QBanks.
