When this content is copied, reproduced, or circulated without authorization, it impacts not just PrepLadder but also the people whose hard work goes into creating high-quality learning experiences for students.
That is why we are committed to protecting our content from piracy, plagiarism, and unauthorized distribution.
And you can help us do it.
If you come across PrepLadder content being illegally shared, reproduced or distributed, report it to us. Your report could help us identify potential copyright infringements and security threats, and you may be eligible for rewards*.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution undermines that effort.
Video content published on the PrepLadder app, our official social media platforms including YouTube and Instagram, and other channels owned or operated by PrepLadder is licensed to PrepLadder.
Redistributing, reproducing or providing unauthorized access to this content may constitute copyright infringement and is strictly prohibited.
Protecting our content helps us continue delivering the learning experience our students and educators expect.
How Can You Help Fight Piracy?
You can become an important part of PrepLadder's anti-piracy efforts by reporting suspicious activity to:

- Know of anyone possessing PrepLadder video content without authorization.
- Find PrepLadder-like or copied content being circulated through Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Drive, torrents or other content-sharing platforms.
- Discover bugs or methods through which PrepLadder content can be screen-recorded, copied or reproduced.
- Know of individuals or groups illegally distributing, reproducing or sharing PrepLadder content.
- Find links within the PrepLadder application that could result in security breaches.
- Identify bugs or vulnerabilities in the PrepLadder website or application that could potentially be exploited.
Every valid report can help us protect PrepLadder content from unauthorized distribution.

Report Piracy and You May Be Eligible for Rewards*
Once a potential infringement, unauthorized channel, or security threat is reported and verified, you may be eligible for a reward according to the programme terms.

The maximum aggregate reward payable to a single eligible reporter during the entire programme is ₹1,00,000, subject to the Terms & Conditions below.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
The Programme is open only to adult individuals residing in India. The programme is not open to employees, contractors, consultants, or immediate family members of PrepLadder, SHTPL, or any entity within the Unacademy Group.
This programme, including the reward structure set out above, may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, at PrepLadder's sole discretion, without prior notice.
Nothing in this programme creates an entitlement to a reward. Eligibility and quantum, if any, rest solely with PrepLadder. Receipt of a report does not obligate PrepLadder to investigate, take any specific action, initiate legal proceedings, or share the outcome of any investigation with the reporter.
Whether and how to act on a report is at PrepLadder's sole discretion.
Rewards, where applicable, will only be given to the first reporter of a given link/incident/channel. No reward will be given where the same has been previously reported by another individual or already identified by PrepLadder, as determined at PrepLadder's sole discretion.
No reward will be given where the reported link, incident, channel, or other reported matter is broken, inactive, taken down, or otherwise inaccessible for verification at the time of review.
The maximum aggregate reward payable to any single reporter across all links/incidents reported, for the entire duration of this programme, shall not exceed ₹1,00,000, regardless of the number of reports made.
Reports must be made by the individual with first-hand knowledge of the incident, in their personal capacity. Reports made through third parties, agencies, aggregators, or any bulk/automated reporting mechanism are not eligible for reward.
PrepLadder may seek further information or documentation from a reporter before processing any reward. Failure to provide such information on request will result in forfeiture of the reward.
PrepLadder reserves the right to investigate any report for fraud, misrepresentation, or manipulation, including but not limited to false reporting, self-reporting, collusion, or submission of fabricated or duplicate incidents.
Any reporter found to have engaged in such conduct will forfeit all rewards, whether paid or payable, and PrepLadder may take further action against them, including legal action, at its sole discretion.
All reporting activity must be conducted through lawful means. PrepLadder shall not be liable for any acts undertaken by a reporter in the course of identifying or reporting an incident.
Any personal data submitted in connection with a report, including for verification or reward disbursal, will be processed in accordance with PrepLadder's Privacy Policy. PrepLadder is under no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of a reporter's identity.
