
DNB-CET is a mandatory qualifying-cum-ranking examination which is an important pre-requisite for getting admission to various Post Graduate DNB courses.
This article will cast light on the scheme of examination of DNB CET 2018 July admission session. We have gathered all the important details related to the examination pattern so that we can assist you in knowing the pattern of the examination.
DNB CET exam shall be conducted on a single day in a single session on 29
th June 2018.
Allocation of time of DNB-CET 2018 shall be done as follows:

- DNB-CET shall be multiple choice questions exam delivered on Computer based platform.
- The question paper shall comprise of PART-A and PART-B each having 150 MCQs with total duration of three and half hours.
- The question paper shall consist of 300 MCQs with single correct answer.
- 1/4th marks allotted to the question will be deducted as a penalty for all the questions attempted by the candidate.
- No marks will be deducted for un-attempted questions.

During the examination candidates are given an option to mark any question, whether attempted or not, for review which means that candidate has been given an option to go through these questions again before the exam time ends.
Note: Questions which are marked for review are considered as attempted questions.
