DNB (Post MBBS) January 2019: Counseling Schedule

All the candidates awaiting admission to DNB courses for January 2019 session must pay attention. The counseling schedule for DNB (Post MBBS)) courses have been released. The Centralized Online merit Based Counseling for admissio0n to DNB (Post MBBS) courses for January 2019 admission session shall be conducted by NBE as per the schedule is given below:

Original Documents & Biometric Verification	9th May 2019- 12th May 2019
Third Round
Display of Vacant Seat Matrix after completion of Second Round Counseling	By 15th May 2019
Adding/ Editing/Re-ordering of filled Options/ Choices for Third Round of counselling	15th May 2019- 20th May 2019 (Upto 5:00 PM)
Third Round Allotment	By 23rd May 2019
Payment of First Year Course Fee	23rd May 2019- 27th May 2019
Original documents and Biometric Verification (Newly Allotted Candidates)	29th May 2019- 30th May 2019
Joining of allotted institute/ hospital and Uploading of Annexure-A (All the allotted and Verified candidates)	29th May 2019- 7th June 2019
Final Round (In-Person)
Offline Counseling including Original Documents and Biometric Verification at NBE Office, Dwarka, New Delhi	18th June 2019- 21st June 2019
Joining of allotted institute/ hospital and Uploading of Annexure-A Candidate allotted with seat in Final Round)	18th June 2019- 27th June 2019
The admission session will complete in all respect by 30th June 2019

Other Important Information:

Participation in the online counseling shall be strictly as per the eligibility criteria and guidelines in the Information Bulletin for NEET-PG 2019 and Information Bulletin & Handbook for Admission to Diplomate of National Board Post Graduate Courses (Post MBBS) January 2019 Admission session. Please note: that allotment of seat in the Counseling is subject to the candidates being eligible in all respects and verification of their original documents at the time of joining in the allotted institute.

• Candidate allotted with a seat during the counseling process are required to deposit one-year non-refundable Course Free of Rs.80,000/- to confirm the allotment.

• The indicative seat matrix shall be uploaded on the website on commencement of online counseling.

• To appear in DNB (Post MBBS)/ DNB (Post Diploma) counseling, the candidates have to register with NBE through the designated website (www.counseling.nbe.edu.in) and also have to fill the choice of preferences during the registration process. No other methodology for attending the counseling for DNB (Post MBBS) and DNB (Post Diploma) January 2019 admission session.
