DNB PDCET is a mandatory Eligibility cum qualifying examination which serves as the gateway for admission to various Post Diploma (Secondary) DNB Courses.
Appearance in DNB PDCET is a mandatory pre-requisite for admission to Post Diploma DNB 2-years Course.
DNB PDCET: Eligibility Criteria
Applicants who have qualified the final examination leading to the award of Post Graduate Diploma from a recognized Indian University, i.e. having qualified/likely to pass the final examinations for Post Graduate Diploma on or prior to 31st December 2016 are eligible to apply for PDCET in the same Broad Speciality.
Applicants must also have finished their 2 years of Post Diploma Training on or prior to 31st December 2016.
Candidates already pursuing MD/MS/DNB course are ineligible to appear for DNB PDCET January 2017 session.

The Registration Procedure for DNB PDCET January 2017 session is divided into 3 steps:
Creating a Profile: Applicant is required to visit the official website and create a profile by providing all the personal details. Further, applicant has to create a login by providing valid username and password.
Fill DNB PDCET Application Form: Next, the applicant will have to login using the username and password and fill the registration/application form by providing all the relevant details. Applicant is also furnished with the option to select the Test Centre as per their convenience through the Registration & Scheduling system.
Submit Application Fee: Next, the applicant will have to pay the Application Fee through the Online Mode – either through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
DNB PDCET Application Fee
Applicant will have to pay an application fee of Rs. 4500 through the online mode.
Candidates must note that the application fee will not be refunded or carried forward in case the candidate’s application is rejected or candidature is found to be ineligible.
DNB PDCET: Admit Card
After successful completion of the Registration & Scheduling procedure, Admit Card will be delivered to the Applicant on the Registered E-Mail Id.
Applicant will have to take a Hard copy/print out of the Admit Card and paste a passport size photograph according to the specifications.
