Here, in this graph, it is shown that the tougher a question, the better is its ability to differentiate the level of preparation but it only happens within a physiological limit because beyond a limit, a very difficult question cannot be answered even by the highest rankers and as a result, it is useless to set apart the rankers. For example, see the image below:
Such questions fall in to the highest difficulty level at the cost of the discrimination score, therefore, such questions are unlikely to affect the final score significantly. More Updates will be available.. Keep following PrepLadder!!
