  • The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
  • The candidate must be domiciled in Kerala
  • If a candidate isn’t from Kerala but has completed his/her MBBS degree from an institute in Kerala, even then, he can apply for counselling. However, he/she will not be eligible for certain reservations. For instance, he won’t be eligible for communal/special reservations.

  • The candidate must have completed his MBBS degree from a college/university recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
  • The candidate must have completed his/her compulsory internship by March 31, 2025.

Steps to Fill the Application Form

• Registration
  • Visit the official website of CEE
  • Click on the PG Medical link
  • Upon clicking it, you’ll be redirected to another window wherein you’ve to fill in your NEET PG application number.
  • Enter your mobile number and create a password
  • The system will generate a unique application number
  • Save the unique application number for future reference.
• Filling the Application Form
  • Login again with the application number and password.
  • Carefully fill in the details in the application form.
  • Keep saving the details regularly.
  • Check all the details before submitting the application, as you won’t be able to edit once you click on ‘Save and Finalise’
• Pay the Application Fee
  • The application fee for the Kerala NEET PG 2025 counselling can be paid online or offline, depending on the choice of candidates.
  • A candidate can pay his fee through a debit card/credit card/net banking if he chooses the online payment option. However, if a candidate chooses to pay the fee offline, then he/she has to carry a copy of the e-challan and the application fee to the nearest Head/Sub post office in Kerala.
  • Once the fee is paid, candidates must login to their registered account and check the status of their payment by clicking on the ‘Pay Application Fee’ tab.

Documents Required for Registration Process of Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025

• NEET PG Hall Ticket and Score Sheet
• MBBS Qualification Document
• Internship Completion Certificate
• Permanent or Provisional Registration Certificate
• State Residency Proof
• Valid Photo ID Proof
• Cast Certificate
• Recent Passport-size Photographs

Please note that the following Nativity proof will be required for candidates of Kerala and non-Kerala origin:

• For Kerala origin: Birth certificate/ Secondary School Leaving Certificate / Indian Passport /Certificate obtained from village officer stating that the candidate or either of his/her parent was born in Kerala
• Non-Kerala origin but have completed MBB from this state: Certificate issued by the respective Medical Institution.

Once a candidate submits the application form for Kerala NEET PG 2025 counselling, a confirmation page will be generated by the system, and candidates must take print a copy of it and keep it safe for the future reference.

What is the State Merit List in Kerala NEET PG Counselling?

Every year, the CEE prepares a rank list of candidates who participate and register themselves for the Kerala NEET PG counselling. This list is prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the NEET PG examination. The CEE displays this list on its website.

The rank list will be prepared by the CEE this year also and it must be noted that only those candidates who are included in the State Merit List will be eligible to participate in the Kerala NEET PG 2025 counselling.

The Centralised Admission Process (CAP)

All the candidates who are included in the state merit list can proceed to the next stage of the application process, which is choice filling. Here, candidates must choose their desired specialities/colleges as per their ranks by logging into their registered accounts.

The CEE will then prepare the seat allotment list on the basis of choices filled by the candidates and their ranks as per the state merit list for the Kerala NEET PG counselling 2025.

Reporting to the Allocated Institute

Candidates who are allotted a seat in the CAP have to confirm if they want to retain the seat allotted to them or not through the process of virtual admissions online. Candidates who are willing to confirm their admission must login to their registered account and select “Payment of Fee and Virtual admission”.

After paying the fee to the allotted institute online, candidates must download a “Virtual Admission slip”. It must be noted that the candidates who fail to take the virtual admission into the college allotted to them will lose their seats, and it will be automatically carried over to the next round.
