In the latest and the most significant news, the NEET PG 2025 exam has officially been postponed. As the exam, which was initially scheduled for June 15, 2025, was deferred, thousands of aspirants are feeling bittersweet emotions. NEET PG 2025 revised date has been announced, i.e August 3. The revised date has become official after Supreme Court allowed NBE to extend exam date from June 15 to August 3, 2025.

Even though the postponement was unexpected, the aspirants must see it as a renewed opportunity to give their most to the final revision phase and recharge their preparation.
According to the latest announcement by the NMC, a new date will be communicated after due consultation and readiness verification.

The NEET PG 2025 admit card will be released online on July 31, 2025, for all candidates who have successfully completed the application process within the stipulated timeline. The National Board of Examinations (NBE) will upload the admit card on its official website (nbe.edu.in), and it will not be sent via email or post.
To access the admit card, candidates must log in using their application ID, password, and the provided security code. It is mandatory to carry a printed copy of the admit card to the examination centre, as it contains essential details such as the exam date, time, and venue. Along with the admit card, candidates must also carry a valid photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) for identity verification. Entry to the exam centre will be denied in the absence of these documents.
The result for NEET PG 2025 will be announced online on September 3, 2025, in the form of an individual scorecard available for download in PDF format. Candidates will be able to access their results by logging into the official NBE portal. In order to qualify, candidates must meet the minimum cutoff percentile as defined by their respective categories. For instance, those in the General category must secure at least the 50th percentile to be deemed eligible. Based on the performance in the examination, a merit list will be prepared, and candidates who qualify will be eligible to participate in the NEET PG 2025 counselling and seat allocation process. The result will play a crucial role in determining admission to postgraduate medical programs across India.
