PGIMER MD/MS Admission: Counselling Schedule Released (2017-2018)

Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh is considered as one of the most desirous institute for Medical students as this institute provides highly skillful educational facilities with self-sufficiency in post graduate medical education. Here's an important news for all MBBS Graduates who have been found provisionally eligible merit wise in the MD/MS entrance exam which was held on 14^th May, 2017. So recently, PGIMER has invited those eligible students for counselling program for getting admitted in MD/MS programs for the academic session of 2017-2018.

The counselling schedule is as follows:

• Candidates must bring a copy of application form (to be downloaded from PGI website) with a photograph pasted on it.
• Candidates must bring their identity proof for verification purpose.
• Candidates should bring their original documents because their admission will be confirmed only on verification of their eligibility and original documents.
• In-service candidates should bring NOC.
• Selected candidates ought to pay first installment of fees, security etc.(RS.2485/-) in cash on the spot. No other mode of payment will be accepted.
• If any candidate changes their specialty at the time of 2^nd /3^rd counseling, he/she shall have to deposit Rs. 1485/-.
• If candidates fail to deposit their dues, then their selection will be cancelled.
• Deposited fee will not be refunded.
