PrepLadder Dream Pack Refund Policy Explained

This blog is to help you out with the refund policy of the Dream Pack for NEET-PG and FMGE students.

NEET-PG Refund Policy

Enrollments between 4th November 2020 to 13th January 2021.

In case of course enrollment between 4th November 2020 to 13th January, 2021, you can claim a refund on a Pro-Rata basis.

Pro-Rata basis means that the amount of unused days till your pack validity expires from the date of the pack purchase will be fully refunded.

Pack Purchase from 14th January 2021 to 3rd June 2021

You are eligible to claim a pro-rata refund on the basis of your NEET PG 2021 Rank. Let us explain, how

If you have scored a rank between 1-100, you will be eligible for a Full Refund of your Subscription within 48 hours of the NEET-PG Result. For the same, you need to provide us with your result card at contact@prepladder.com

In case your Rank falls between 101-10,000, then you will be eligible for a Refund on a Pro-Rata basis on your subscription. Pro-Rata basis means that the amount of unused days till your pack validity expires from the date of the NEET PG Result will be fully refunded.

FMGE Refund Policy

Pack Purchase between 4th November 2020 to 20th December 2020.

If you enrolled between 4th November 2020 to 20th December 2020 you will be eligible for a refund on a pro-rata basis.

A Pro-rata basis means that the amount of unused days till your pack validity expires from the date of the pack purchase will be fully refunded.

How do I claim the refund?

For the NEET PG refund, write an email at contact@prepladder.com with the subject line “PrepLadder Dream Pack NEET-PG Refund”, within 48 hours of the NEET-PG 2021 Result.

For the FMGE refund, write an email at contact@prepladder.com with the subject line “PrepLadder Dream Pack FMGE Refund”, within 48 hours of the NEET-PG 2021 Result.

Please note, if you have availed the Free Notes, you will not be eligible for a refund of your pack under any circumstances.
