FMGE October 2026 Exam City Intimation vs Admit Card

Candidates should understand the difference between the test city information and the admit card.

According to the NBEMS information bulletin, candidates will be informed about their allotted test city on 20th October 2026.

The complete address of the examination centre, however, will be provided through the admit card scheduled for 27th October 2026.

This means candidates can begin making travel arrangements after receiving their allotted city details, while the admit card will provide the precise venue information.

NBEMS has also clarified that requests for changes to the allotted examination city or centre will not be entertained.

Documents Required on FMGE October 2026 Exam Day

Candidates must carry the required documents to the examination centre for verification.

The key requirements include:

1. A coloured printed copy of the barcoded or QR-coded FMGE admit card.
2. At least one original, valid, government-issued photo identification document, such as a PAN Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhaar Card with photograph.
3. A UDID or disability certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable to candidates claiming a scribe or extra time under the relevant provisions.

Candidates who provided Aadhaar details and consented to Aadhaar-based authentication must follow the additional Aadhaar verification requirements specified by NBEMS.

The name on the photo identification document must match the name on the admit card. Candidates with a legally changed name must carry the appropriate supporting documentation.

Applicants should review the official information bulletin for the complete document and identity-verification requirements before examination day.

Important FMGE October 2026 Exam Day Instructions

Apart from carrying the admit card, candidates must follow NBEMS examination-day guidelines.

Arrive at the Examination Centre on Time

Candidates must report according to the time mentioned on their admit cards.

NBEMS has specified that the reporting counter will close 30 minutes before the examination begins. Candidates arriving after the permitted reporting time will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

Verify Your Examination Centre in Advance

The complete examination centre address will be mentioned on the admit card.

NBEMS advises candidates to familiarise themselves with the examination centre and reporting counter location at least one day before the examination.

Carry the Correct Documents

Follow the Official Examination Guidelines

Read the instructions printed on your admit card and the NBEMS information bulletin carefully, including restrictions on items permitted inside the examination centre.

Following these instructions can help avoid unnecessary difficulties on examination day.
