Last date to Apply Online	30 March’18

Ist Round of Counseling
Online Registration, Fee submission & Choice filling by the candidates for 1st Round Counseling	4 May’18 (2 PM) to 10 April’18 (upto 2PM, as Server Time)
Display of Provisional State Merit List after adding additional weigtage marks for serving in difficult/ remote areas of Uttarakhand State on website -11 April’18 at 10 AM
Display of Final State Merit List on website 12th April’18 at 2 PM
Data Processing	13 April’18 to 14 April’18
Declaration of Result	15 April’18 (After 5 PM)
Last date of joining the allotted College	22 April’18
IInd Round of Online Counseling
Display of new seat matrix of vacant seats & specific instructions on 10 May’18 at 5PM
Online Reporting & Fresh Choice filling by Registered Candidates including seat upgardation for IInd Round of Counseling	11 May’18 (2PM) to 17 May’18 (up to 5 PM, as per server time)
Data Processing	18/ May’18 to 19 May’18
Declaration of result	20 May’18 (After 5PM)
Last date of joining the allotted College	27 May’18

Note:

• Subject to the availability of state quota and All India Management Quota seats and available candidates NEW/Fresh registration may be permitted for Mop-Up round.

• Seats reverted from All India Counseling or vacated by the candidate will be added to the seat matrix and update from time to time.

• Special State Medical Board for differently abled candidates (PH) will be functioning only on 27 and 28  March’18 from 10AM onwards in the office of the Chief Medical Office, 105 Chander Nagar, Dehradun.
