NEET-SS is a qualifying-cum-ranking examination for admission to DM/MCh and DrNB Super Specialty courses. Admissions to DrNB Superspecialty courses of the NBEMS depend on the merit generated from the NEET SS exam and through common counselling conducted by MCC of DGHS, MoHFW, Govt of India.

The National Board of Examination (NBE) has finally announced the exam date for NEET SS along with all the important dates for filing out the application & tentative result date. This national-level super speciality exam is due to be conducted on the 9th & 10th of September 2023.

Important Dates for the NEET SS 2023 Exam

Candidates who wish to appear for the NEET SS 2023 examination must submit their applications online through the NBEMS website here. Before applying for the exam, you must ensure that you possess or will likely possess the Degree/Provisional pass certificate of PG medical qualification before 30th September 2023. The application fee of Rs. 4250/- must be submitted online only. 

Eligibility Criteria

• Every NEET SS applicant is required to fulfil the following criteria:
• Possess a recognised postgraduate medical degree/pass certificate by 30th September 2023
• Candidates must be registered with NMC/State Medical Council and will have to furnish documentary proof at the test centre on the exam day. 
• Candidates who are already pursuing or have joined a DM/MCh/DrNB course through NEET-SS will not be eligible for admission to DrNB Superspecialty courses through NEET-SS 2023.
