According to this schedule, it will take total nine months to cover the entire medicine syllabus and rest of the time can be utilized for practice & revision i.e. most essential part of any preparation.
Books to be referred:
Besides Harrison Book, one must never forget to refer to an important MCQ book by Prof. Ajay Mathur which is totally based on Harrison 19
th edition, making it a significant book to prepare for NEET SS/DNB-CET SS Medicine entrance exam. Also, one can read from this MCQ book and read same topic in-depth from Harrison to strengthen the preparation.
Moreover, one should also refer to other important books on MCQ that are based on recent DNB/NEET SS question papers. These include MCQ books by Deepak Marwah (Medicine) and another book by Mudit Khanna (Medicine).
Final Piece of Advice
In order to outrival, the most important thing is to take subject-wise test series on topics/units mentioned above throughout the year. In last 2 months, it is pivotal to give grand tests, on regular intervals, which cover the entire syllabus.
