PrepLadder congratulates Dr. Navin on achieving this unbelievable feat. He went from not qualifying AIPG 2016 to securing rank 24 in NEET PG. All in one year.
In this exclusive interview with PrepLadder, he shares the plan that worked for him to help you get an amazing Rank in NEET PG.
Hi I'm Dr. Navin Chaudhary. I passed my MBBS from GAIMS, Bhuj and secured AIR 24 in NEET PG 2017 & 150 in AIIMS PG.
Well, MCQs and theory both are equally important but first give diligent emphasis on the text and than parallel solving MCQs of that theory. Especially more focus on recent MCQs for better understanding of pattern and frequently asked topics.
Ideally prep should be start during final year so more chances to get rank during internship

Yes, previous year I didn't qualified (AIR 33,000) for selection. This time I gave equal importance on each subject. I gave more and more emphasis on revision rather than unnecessary extensive reading. I focused more on concepts rather than pure cramming. I avoided all distractions & I contributed all that time for my prep.
Revise at least twice just before exam and continuous revision during preparation time. You should have to give 12-14 hours everyday for 8-10 months with diligent prep to achieve best results.
Yes, I took 3 PrepLadder mock tests before NEET and I felt as if it was the real NEET PG exam. It had huge all India level competition and I got below 200 rank in each test which gave me a lot of confidence.
Yes, when I firmly decide to prepare particular subject I completed it within that time limit.
Mediocre. I never topped in my class and it doesn't matter.
Right direction and dedicated smart preparation made me successful.
I never find any subject easy or difficult. I treated all subjects equally.
Wasting time on controversial MCQs. Trust me, 1 controversial MCQ will not decide your rank, but hundreds of other straight MCQs will. Never let yourself down. You have to believe in yourself that you can do whatever you want to.
Read topic and google images related to it. Our mind accepts image based information more easily rather than facts.
Make group of 3-4 PG Aspirants for discussing difficult and conceptual topics regularly.
