Seven years after the medical fraternity saw a major shift in competitive exams as NEET, INI CET was introduced and conducted on 20/11/2020 at a grand scale amid the global Pandemic. The aspirants in 129 test cities were given 3 hours to solve 200 questions.We have consolidated data from 8,000+ students who took the INI CET Exam to help you understand how the exam was for the others. The data has been compiled from all the responses to present an accurate picture of the exam standard.
Overall Difficulty
The exam was Moderate to Difficult
Majority of the students (65.9%) who appeared for the exam stated that the exam stood ‘MODERATE’.
About 30.3% of students rated it as difficult while only 3.7% felt that the exam was easy.
Pattern of questions
Mostly questions were concepts based clinical scenarios
Many Image-based questions were there
Easy questions with confusing options
Questions were on usual topics with tricky options
Good no. of repeats
Most students said that about 50 questions were easy, 100 moderate, and 50 difficult.
Some easy questions were very easy and difficult were very difficult, so the moderate difficulty questions might be rank deciders.
The exam was very lengthy given the lengthy nature of abundant clinical questions.
In our survey, 43% of students felt that the exam was easy to finish within 3 hours while 57% of students faced difficulty in completing the exam on time.
